Asimismo, en Yagua, estado Amazonas, se destruy\u00f3 otro campamento con material log\u00edstico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El comandante Estrat\u00e9gico Operacional de la Fanb, GJ Domingo Hern\u00e1ndez L\u00e1rez, inform\u00f3 que en Bol\u00edvar se inutilizaron siete tames, siete balsas fluviales y un misil. Agreg\u00f3 que esto se realiza en el marco de la operaci\u00f3n Escudo Bolivariano Roraima 2024. Asimismo, en Amazonas, como parte de la Operaci\u00f3n Neblina, se decomisaron 100 metros de manguera de 4\u2033, dos martillos de percusi\u00f3n, cuatro motobombas, 100 mts de tuber\u00eda PVC de 4\u2033, un tambor contentivo de 200 litros de combustible tipo gasolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abDicha operaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 enmarcada de acuerdo a las \u00f3rdenes de nuestro CJ. Nicol\u00e1s Maduro, por la presunta comisi\u00f3n de delitos previstos y sancionados en la Ley Penal del Ambiente y dentro del ordenamiento jur\u00eddico penal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Venezuela es un estado democr\u00e1tico de derecho y de justicia donde se protegen los derechos ambientales.
